President - Matrix Service Industrial Contractors Inc James A. Bogan has served as President of Matrix Service Industrial Contractors, Inc. since June 2005. Mr. Bogan served as Vice President of Matrix Service Industrial Contractors, Inc. from April 2003 to May 2005. Prior to the Company’s acquisition of the Hake Group of Companies, Mr. Bogan served as Vice President of Hake from September 1980 until April 2003.
