Jake initially worked for R.V. Kuhns & Associates, Inc. in 1999 as a Financial Analyst after first working for a regional broker dealer as a registered representative. Before rejoining the Portland office in 2006 as an Associate Consultant, Jake worked as an accountant for a publicly held international trading firm where he was responsible for creating periodic profit and loss reports for the home office, as well as facilitating annual audits by Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu. Amongst his other duties, Jake is responsible for investment manager research, asset allocation studies, client reporting, and manager structure analysis. A University of Oregon graduate with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (focus in Finance) and a Minor in Japanese, Jake graduated Cum Laude with a Master of Business Administration degree, specialization in International Finance, from Thunderbird, The American Graduate School of International Management. Jake is a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society for business students and is a CFA Charterholder. |
