Professor Dr. Seguin, retired from cardiac surgery in 2001 to devote himself fulltime to medical device development. He holds numerous patents, has previously licensed key technologies, and successfully launched several start-up companies in the cardiovascular arena. He holds a Bachelor's degree in literature from the University of Paris, as well Bachelor's degrees in biochemistry and immunology, a PhD in biochemistry and an MD from the University of Montpellier, France. |
