Ms. Leleu is a partner in the Firm's Las Vegas office and has represented clients in the construction, real estate, gaming, retail, manufacturing, and financial services industries in a wide array of litigation, administrative, and alternative dispute resolution matters. Specifically, her employment law practice is focused primarily on representation of management, including litigation of wrongful termination and discrimination claims, defending charges before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and Nevada Equal Rights Commission, counseling employers on personnel issues, conducting investigation of illegal harassment complaints, evaluating demotion and termination decisions, and preparing employment manuals and handbooks.
Born and raised just outside of Chicago, Illinois, Ms. Leleu obtained her Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude , from Loyola University Chicago , and her Juris Doctor from Loyola University Chicago School of Law . She began her legal career in Chicago, litigating commercial matters for both national lending institutions and insurance carriers. In 2001, Ms. Leleu relocated to Las Vegas and joined the Firm. Professionally, Ms. Leleu is a member of the American Bar Association, Southern Nevada Human Resources Association, Southern Nevada Association of Women Attorneys, State Bar of Nevada, Illinois State Bar Association and the Clark County Bar Association.
