Jackie McCarthy oversees the Client Portfolio and Marketing Analytics area. In this role, she is responsible for driving portfolio performance at client sites. Specifically, to develop marketing programs that maximize the opportunity within the existing member base, to identify and recommend an up-sell product portfolio for increased participation at existing clients, and define pricing/testing opportunities that will provide alternative offer structures to assist in acquiring new clients. Additionally, this area will be responsible to provide rapid analytical support for the Sales area. Prior to joining FreedomPay, Jackie was Vice President, International Operations at The Franklin Mint. In this role, she focused on increasing customer retention and market profitability, rolling out corporate strategies globally and ensuring solid communication to all the markets. Jackie has over 20 years of experience leading Customer Service, Operations, Strategy and Information Technology organizations. She has extensive experience building strong organizations in heavy transaction processing environments and led the development and worldwide rollout of a state-of-the-art Customer Satisfaction System. The system was implemented in 14 countries to a worldwide base of 12 million members, processing over 50 million transactions annually. Jackie has also spent two years overseas turning around the European IT division and driving the European fulfillment centralization. Jackie earned a BS degree in Mathematics from St. Bonaventure University and an MS from Villanova University. |
