Current responsibility
Jackie is a principal and consulting actuary with the New York office of Milliman. She joined the firm in 1982.
Experience
Jackie consults to financial institutions on a variety of matters, including asset-liability risk management, mutual company conversions, mergers and acquisitions, securitizations, regulatory cash flow testing, and rehabilitations. She has worked on a number of mutual company conversions, both demutualizations and conversions to mutual insurance holding companies. Jackie has been involved in the policyholder dividend protection aspects of these conversions, including the funding of closed blocks.
Presentations and publications
Jackie has spoken at Society of Actuaries meetings and other industry meetings and co-authored papers on investing for insurance company liabilities and securitization of the life insurance business.
