As a member of the Wealth Management team, Ms. Rynn leverages her knowledge of 401(k) participants and segmentation strategy to provide insight into platform system development and marketing strategies designed to increase site usage and drive participant behavior. Ms. Rynn works to cultivate relationships with potential clients who will expand Wealth Management's market reach and fully leverage the capability of the Advisor(k) platform thus expanding a participant's financial relationship with their respective provider.
Previously, Jacqueline held various executive level positions with foremost industry leaders including CIGNA, Fidelity Investments and Bankers Trust. As Vice President of Retirement Education at CIGNA, Ms. Rynn helped CIGNA to identify their core competencies and competitive niche so as to gain market share, capture rollovers, and integrate products and services designed to expand a participant's financial relationship with CIGNA. As Vice President of Participant Communications at Fidelity, Ms. Rynn developed Life Stage education and communication programs to address the unique financial needs of participants at varying life stages. While at Bankers Trust, Ms. Rynn developed participant planning tools such as the Retirement Savings Builder software module and Personalized Retirement Savings Reports. Ms. Rynn also implemented several award winning communications programs for IBM and USWest, clients whose programs were recognized by Pensions & Investment magazine for overall effectiveness. |
