Jackie is special counsel in our business law department. An experienced corporate and mergers and acquisitions attorney, she currently focuses her practice in the international area. For many years, she has counseled clients about Foreign Corrupt Practices issues that may arise in connection with their international business ventures. Jackie also advises clients on how to comply with the policies, laws and regulations of the foreign countries in which they are conducting business.
For the past decade, Jackie has been principal outside counsel to the international department of one of the nation's largest defense contractors. In that capacity, she helped to design and implement, and now acts as legal advisor for, an FCPA compliance program which encompasses approximately 300 international sales representatives and consultants operating in over 120 foreign countries. Jackie regularly speaks and presents training seminars on FCPA topics to a diverse group of clients in the manufacturing and service industries.
