Jackie Chase is vice president, Human Resources, for Imation Corp. Jackie joined Imation in July 1996 with the spin-off from 3M, where she was senior legal counsel. Jackie has extensive experience in employee relations, serving as a litigator at the law firm of Oppenheimer, Wolff, & Donnelly prior to her employment with 3M.
As Vice President of Human Resources, Jackie has established global direction for Imation's human resources operations, staffing and recruiting, EEO/workforce planning, diversity, compensation and benefits programs, employee relations, Employee Assistance Program, and training and development. In her previous roles as an attorney, she specialized in litigation and providing counsel on matters relating to performance management, wrongful termination, discrimination, sexual harassment and all other aspects of the employment relationship.
Jackie holds a BBA from the University of Iowa, an MS in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University, and a JD from the University of Iowa. |
