Mr. Jacob Lakhany, age 30, is the Director of Investor Relations and has been with PacificNet since 2003. Previously Mr. Lakhany was a Quality Assurance Supervisor for APAC Customer Service, a leading CRM call center services company listed on NASDAQ, where he gained experience in the outsourced telemarketing industry overseeing service quality and relationships with companies such as Citibank, Sears, Shell, Chase Manhattan, and Bank One. Mr. Lakhany attended Northern State University in Aberdeen, SD.
