Jacob is an associate in Leonard, Street and Deinard’s Bankruptcy Litigation and Corporate Restructuring group. He provides counsel to debtors, creditors and trustees in all matters relating to Chapter 11 and 7 bankruptcy cases, including creditors’ remedies, out-of-court workouts, receiverships and related commercial litigation such as preferential and fraudulent transfer litigation. Jacob also has substantial experience representing unsecured creditors committees and is actively serving as committee counsel in a number of Minnesota bankruptcy cases, including the bankruptcy case of publicly held Ciprico, Inc.
