Jackson Wilson is responsible for ensuring that LivePerson's strategic vision is reflected in each new product release while taking into consideration the unique needs of the company's sizeable installed customer base.
He joined LivePerson from Proficient Systems, where he was a founder and CTO. During Jackson's tenure at Proficient Systems, he was responsible for driving the corporate product vision and ensuring that the company's product offerings met the functional and stringent security requirements of its enterprise customers.
Jackson's vast technology background includes key executive and product management positions with neighborex, Inc, an Internet-based consumer-to-consumer service exchange, and VerticalOne, the Web's first hosted account aggregation service provider. In addition, Jackson served as a technology executive at Accenture, where he managed the cross-competency implementation of large customer care and billing systems for major telecommunications clients.
Jackson holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Arizona with majors in both Operations Management and Management Information Systems. |
