Ms. Karceski brings over 20 years of financial experience to Pivot having most recently served as vice president finance and secretary of Application Security, Inc., a New York-based international security software company where she established financial planning, budgeting and accounting operations for the venture-backed firm. Previously she served as CFO & vice president, finance, operations and corporate strategy for New York City-based Tutor.com, a leader in on-line tutoring, and CFO & vice president, finance and operations and member of the board of directors of inshop.com, an online informational provider of retailer sales and promotional events. Ms. Karceski also served as director of financial planning and analysis and sales operations for PointCast, Inc., a California-based provider of current news and information services to viewers and corporations via the Internet and corporate intranets. |
