Jack Russo serves as an arbitrator and mediator for the U.S. District Court, the Santa Clara County Superior Court, and the American Arbitration Association, as well as a Judge Pro Temporare of the Santa Clara County Superior Court. He was admitted to practice California, New York, Washington, D.C., and Hawaii as well as the U.S. Supreme Court and a number of federal courts. Mr. Russo is a frequent speaker on computer law and intellectual property issues and has presented to the American Bar Association, the Practicing Law Institute, and the Computer Law Association. He received his B.A./M.A. Joint Degree, magna cum laude, in Urban Management and Computer and Information Science from the City University of New York, Brooklyn College, in 1977. Mr. Russo received his J.D. from UCLA in 1980 is a Member of the State Bar of California, the New York State Bar Association, the District of Columbia Bar; and the American Bar Association (Member, Sections on: Science and Technology; Patent, Trademark and Copy right Law). He also received an MBA from the Haas School of Business, University of California at Berkeley. |
