Jack Roberts oversees Bellows’ estimating department and helps guide projects from their inception to the proposal stage. He also serves as project manager for such clients as Houston Baptist University, River Oaks Baptist Church and School, Encore Bank and First Presbyterian Church. The constant influx of new jobs keeps things interesting for this 35-year veteran of the company. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University.
