Jack Levine, C.P.A. has been a director of our company since August 1999 and our chairman of the Board since January 2, 2006 and was our Lead Director from November 2003 through January 2, 2006. Mr. Levine is a certified public accountant licensed in the State of Florida, and has been the President of Jack Levine, PA since 1984. Since July 30, 2004, Mr. Levine has been a director and chairman of the Audit Committee of Grant Life Sciences, Inc. Mr. Levine is a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors, Washington, D.C. and a member of the Association of Audit Committee members, Inc. Mr. Levine is also a member of the American and Florida Institutes of Certified Public Accountants and New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants. |
