Jack has 25 years experience in financial operations, corporate development and M&A. During his career he has served as the head of planning and acquisitions for D&B Information Services; head of planning and development for TRW Information Systems; and head of corporate development for TransTechnology Inc. Jack has led or participated in over 50 acquisitions and divestitures, the largest with a purchase price of over $300 million. Most recently Jack served as President for Baymont Inc. in Clearwater, Florida as part of a successful turnaround and divestiture assignment. Baymont is a leading professional services firm in the Geographic Information Services market, and is now part of Avineon Inc., located in Arlington, Virginia. Immediately prior to that Jack was CFO for Leisure Bay Industries, Inc. in Orlando, where he led the financial, administrative, MIS and distribution operations for six years as Leisure Bay doubled in size. Leisure Bay is the leading retailer in the U.S. of portable spas, billiard tables and above ground pools, operating out of a combined 35 owned and licensed locations. Jack earned his B.S. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and his MBA from the Stanford Business School. |
