Jack Byrne joined EXTOL in 2004 as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining EXTOL, he served in a succession of senior finance positions with the Sara Lee Corporation from 1981 through 2004, including ten years of international experience and a three year assignment as Chief Financial Officer as well as Global Business Practices Officer of a $100 million division. He received a BS in Accounting from Bentley College in 1979 and an MBA from the University of Connecticut in 1983. |
