Jack Bell joined Symwave in June 2004 as VP of Marketing. Formerly, Jack was a Marketing Director with RF Magic, an RFIC company developing solutions for the broadband media markets. Previous to RF Magic, Mr. Bell was an Associate with Mission Ventures, a $300M early stage venture capital fund where he managed direct equity investments and provided marketing and business development support to Mission's hardware and semiconductor portfolio companies. Previous to Mission Ventures, Jack was an Analyst with UBS PaineWebber in New York with the Telecommunications Equipment Group, providing equity coverage and M&A advisory to public and private companies in the systems, sub-systems and semiconductor markets. Previous to UBS, Jack was an Analyst with the Defense Enterprise Fund, a private equity fund investing in recently privatized telecommunications and hardware companies in the former Soviet bloc countries. Jack graduated with honors from Colgate University with Majors in Economics, Political Science and Russian.
