Jack Batalha joined Control Module in February 1980 and was later assigned to develop and manage the company's product support center. He was promoted to Director of Product Support & Quality Assurance in 1986, which incorporated oversight of CMI's Quality System. His current duties include product service, insuring maintenance of all manufacturing equipment, customer support for technical issues, and quality control throughout the design, review and the manufacturing process. Prior to joining Control Module, Jack held the position of Energy Conservation Engineer with Friendly Ice Cream Corp. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Engineering Technology from the University of Hartford and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from American International College. |
