Mr. Abuhoff has served as President and Chief Executive Officer since September 1997 and as Chairman of the Board since May 2001.
Since joining the company Mr. Abuhoff has orchestrated Innodata Isogen’s transformation into a leading provider of content supply chain solutions. Innodata Isogen now offers a comprehensive portfolio of content-focused solutions from data conversion and composition services to authoring and editorial services outsourcing.
In recognition of the company’s growing impact on the content sector Innodata Isogen was recently named to both the EContent 100 and KMWorld Magazine’s 100 Companies that Matter in Knowledge Management. KMWorld also recognized the unique value of Innodata Isogen’s comprehensive content supply chain solutions in its Trend-Setting Products annual honors.
Mr. Abuhoff belongs to a number of industry organizations including the Outsell Executive Council and the Software Information and Industry Association (SIIA). He is also a frequent speaker at industry technology conferences most recently the ASIDIC Spring 2006 Meeting.
Before joining Innodata Isogen Mr. Abuhoff was Chief Operating Officer of Charles River Corporation an international systems integration and outsourcing firm from 1995 to 1997. From 1992 to 1994 he was employed by Chadbourne & Parke and engaged in Sino-American technology joint ventures with Goldman Sachs. He practiced international corporate law with White & Case from 1986 to 1992.
He holds an A.B. degree from Columbia College (1983) and a J.D. degree from Harvard Law School (1986). |
