With 25 years of construction and real estate experience Senior Vice President Jack Sullenberger knows the value and power of "providing clients with the most professional service possible". Since 1986 his focus has been on asset management acquisitions due diligence construction and technical services. In addition to managing the Virginia properties from 1995 until 1999 Jack has purchased over $50 000 000 of assets performed due diligence on approximately 3 million square feet of acquisitions and oversees all construction and technical services for the company. He is also responsible for the telecommunication access for all the properties which includes voice and data service in the buildings.
Before joining Parkway Jack was a construction consultant in Jackson performing services for various property owners on commercial and multi-family projects. |
