Mr. Jack R. Thompson was elected to the Board of Directors of the Company in September 2007. Mr. Thompson, who currently serves as an Independent Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee of Sparx Asia Funds and serves as an Independent Director and Member of the Investment Committee of Russell Funds, brings 35 years of financial and operational expertise to the Board of Directors. The Company expects Mr. Thompson to serve as Chairman of the Audit Committee although he has not yet been elected. Mr. Thompson was previously President, CEO and Director of Berger Financial Group and Senior Vice President and Trustee of Janus Funds. |
