Mr. Healey joined IDG in June 1997 as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, became Senior Vice President in 1998, and was named Executive Vice President in February 2006. Prior to 1997, Mr. Healey had served since 1983 as the partner in charge of assurance services for Miller Ray Healey & Houser, a regional accounting firm and member of the SEC practice section of the AICPA, during which time he served as auditor for The Distribution Group, Inc., one of IDG’s founding companies. Prior to joining that firm, Mr. Healey was a senior auditor with the international accounting firm of Ernst & Young. Mr. Healey is a certified public accountant and a certified fraud examiner. He received his undergraduate degree in Accounting from Syracuse University.
