Labor and Employment

Jack Campbell has specialized in the area of labor and employment law during his 39-year career. He has guided management through many successful Union-organizing campaigns. His trial career has involved a substantial number of cases enforcing restrictive covenants on behalf of employers. He has also been involved in defending employers in all forms of discrimination cases.

Despite his long career in labor and employment law, Mr. Campbell has obtained a wealth of experience in Missouri municipal law, having served as City Attorney for the City of Parkville over a quarter of a century. He has attained expertise in various levels of public law, including advising clients on the Missouri Sunshine law. His experience in municipal law has also involved trial experience in the area of land use and he has represented the City of Kansas City in challenges to its City Charter.

Mr. Campbell represents any business with employees as well as Missouri municipalities. Mr. Campbell served as a member of the Missouri House of Representatives and he has served on special assignment for Kansas City, Missouri as a lobbyist in the state capital.
