Jack J. Johnsey is Senior Vice President of The Jacobson Group and plays a significant role in the continued development of the niche professional and human capital services firm. In addition, Johnsey leads the firm’s Jacobson Solutions Healthcare Resources division, which is the premier provider of backlog reduction services to the insurance/managed care industry’s critical and often unforeseen workload situations.
Johnsey brings 20 years of business development expertise to his executive role with Jacobson. His dynamic background encompasses a proven track record of strategy-building, operations, marketing and human resources in the healthcare, customer service and consulting arenas. Most recently, Johnsey served as the Senior Vice President of Sales for SHPS, Inc. His successful career also encompasses leadership tenures at APAC Customer Services, Inc., and Hyperion Solutions Corporation.
Johnsey is an active participant in the insurance/managed care community and participates in a number of industry events on both the local and national levels. He is also a member of the Executive Club of Chicago. His industry perspective is highly valued and he is often called upon to share his insights on topics such as claims process improvement and support strategies. Johnsey is a firm believer in giving back to the community and volunteers his time with various community initiatives, including the Crystal Lake Service League Philanthropy Committee, the YMCA Indian Princess program, and a number of local youth sports teams. Johnsey graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Miami University of Oxford, Ohio. |
