Mr. Vaughn was elected by stockholders and has served as a director of the Company since 1991. Mr. Vaughn is a retired foreign services officer, his last post having been United States Ambassador to Columbia. Mr. Vaughn was a director of the Nature Conservancy from 1986 to 1988, Columbia Pictures from 1978 to 1981, and Allegheny & Western Energy Corporation from 1980 to 1987. |
