Jack advises private and public companies on business and corporate matters, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, structuring business transactions, corporate planning, limited liability companies, new venture formation, company governance and shareholders issues, and other business and transactional matters. Jack serves as corporate counsel for numerous businesses and corporations and has been lead counsel for corporate asset and stock sales and acquisitions, mergers, corporate restructurings and other corporate transactions. Jack served as Managing Partner of Graham & Dunn from 1983-1993.
