Jack King concentrates his area of practice in real estate, corporate and commercial lending. Mr. King represents various parties in all types of commercial real estate transactions, including purchases, sales, leases, ground leases, and financings, with a primary focus in the area of purchasing, selling, leasing, and financing retail developments, including shopping centers and freestanding facilities, apartment complexes and office buildings. He also represents financial institutions and borrowers in loan transactions involving all types of collateral and projects. Mr. King has represented buyers and sellers in stock and asset sale transactions involving purchase prices from $500,000 to in excess of $100 million. He has also represented sellers in the sale of office buildings to a publicly traded REIT and the sellers in the sale of in excess of $100 million of medical office buildings. He has represented borrowers in connection with a multi-state commercial mortgage backed securities transactions, and the lender in pooled variable rate demand note transactions involving in excess of $65 million secured by various real estate collateral.
