General Counsel Jack A. Rosenbloom serves as Atidan's General Counsel. He is responsible for directing the legal affairs of the company. Jack brings eleven years of legal experience as a corporate and tax lawyer, working for several major law firms in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Prior to practicing law, Jack worked as a consultant for Ernst & Young LLP and as a manager for a Fortune 100 company. Jack is a frequent lecturer and author in entrepreneurship and technology law. He also is the principal of the Rosenbloom Law Group LLC, a boutique business law firm located in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania. Jack graduated from Rutgers University with a B.A., and the Widener University School of Law, where he earned his JD, and was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society. Jack also received an LL.M. in Taxation from the Villanova University School of Law. |
