Jacek Beben has over 35 years of experience in sensors, integrated microcircuits and manufacturing. He has proficiencies in silicon micro-machined and thin film pressure and force sensor technologies, surface mount technology (SMT) process development for flexible microcircuits, hybrid microcircuits and design, pressure transducers, project development and manufacturing.
At 3S, Jacek's involvement begins with managing product and project development through to the manufacturing process with a strong focus on quality control standards and meeting budget and schedule constraints. Jacek's expertise includes designing products for military, automotive and industrial applications. His responsibilities include developing product technical documentation, production line technical support, statistical process control (SPC), failure mode effect analysis (FMEA), and process documentation.
Jacek has developed automated sensor test systems, manufacturing processes and sensor design and signal conditioning products, packaging, tooling and test hardware.
Prior to joining 3S, Jacek worked in various engineering positions at Smarflex Systems, Tylan General, Hughes Aircraft-Microelectronics Division, CTS Microelectronics, all of the U.S., and Unitra Telpod of Krakow, Poland.
Jacek Beben received his Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering from Wroclaw Technical University, Wroclaw, Poland, and has completed graduate courses in CAD in Electrical Engineering, and Electronics Materials and Test Techniques. |
