In 2006, Dr. Fitz-enz was cited by the Society for Human Resources Management as one of 50 people who in the last 50 years has "significantly changed" what HR does and how it does it, effectively leading to a better way to manage people.
He is recognized worldwide as the "Father of human capital benchmarking." Dr. Fitz-enz has published more than 225 articles, reports and book chapters on measurement and management. His eight books have been translated into nine languages. He is the only two-time winner of the SHRM Book of the Year Award.He is currently leading a study of predictive human capital management. |
