Mr. Hootman has overall responsibility for Project delivery and project management practices and procedures. A certified Project Management Professional (PMP); he has over 10 years experience in Project Management, Software Systems Development and IT solutions. Mr. Hootman retired from the U.S. Navy in 2005 and served as Director of Information Technology for the Joint Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Test and Evaluation Command during his last tour of duty. Other career highlights include serving as Chief Engineer, USS Moosebrugger, and Naval Liaison to the Office of the Governor of California. Mr. Hootman holds Masters Degrees in Information Technology Management and Project Management. He currently serves as an Adjunct Professor for DeVry University and is a member of the Project Management Institute Tampa Bay Chapter. |
