Dr. J.P. Moreau founded Biomeasure Inc. an analytical service company to the pharmaceutical industry and to regulatory agencies based in the suburb of Boston in 1976. Starting in 1981 with the support of investors holding controlling interest in the European Ipsen Group Biomeasure progressively transformed itself into a life sciences research and development company until the phase out of the service activity in 1992. Since then Dr. Moreau has held several positions of responsibility within the Ipsen group and is a member of the Ipsen Group’s executive committee.
