J. D. Williams, 67, is founder and a former member of Williams & Jensen, P.C., a law firm in Washington, D. C. having resigned as a member of the firm in 1991. During 2003, the Company retained Williams & Jensen to perform various legal services on its behalf and expects to retain Williams & Jensen to provide similar services in 2004. He continues to practice law as an employee of Williams & Jensen, P.C. and is involved in various civic and related matters. Mr. Williams has been a director of the Company since January 2001, and is chairman of the nominating and corporate governance committee and is a member of the audit committee of the Board. |
