Prior to joining Goldmark, Mr. Goldblatt spent 17 years at Primedia, Inc. where he held positions of CFO and VP Finance and Accounting for several Information Group companies. During his tenure at Primedia, Mr. Goldblatt played an integral role in numerous acquisitions and divestitures. He has extensive experience with the preparation of offering memorandums through final due diligence. In addition to Finance, his responsibilities included Strategic Planning, Information Systems, Manufacturing, and Circulation. Prior, he was VP Finance and Operations at MBW Inc. where he negotiated and secured bank financing. Mr. Goldblatt spent 8 years at Advance Publications where he held various financial positions. He is a graduate of Brooklyn College and holds an MBA in Finance from Long Island University. |
