Iser Cukierman was named EPSIIA Vice Presendent of Finance in May 2007; after having served as Chief Financial Officer since December 2005. Before joining EPSIIA, Iser acted as CFO of Strategic Forecasting, a geopolitical analysis and professional services company. Iser was also an associate with VirtualCFO, a consulting firm providing strategic and tactical financial consulting and support services for early-stage and emerging growth companies. As a financial consultant, he partnered with management teams at such companies as Techsolve, @hand, Voxpath Networks and Palisades Developers, to create infrastructure and systems to support rapid growth. Mr. Cukierman served as Director of Corporate Finance at Softbank Emerging Markets, a $200 million international venture capital fund formed to invest in Internet and telecommunications-related companies in developing countries. He also has served as Director of Finance and Business Development at Brand 3, Inc., a "virtual ISP" company, and as Manager of Mergers and Acquisitions at Ernst & Young. Iser holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from the University of Texas in Austin and is a Certified Public Accountant. |
