Ms. Hong has more than 15 years of finance experience combining a broad career of Big 4, public and private company experience with extensive knowledge in the software and services industry. Prior to joining GNi, Ms. Hong was a Financial Consultant specializing in fund raising, company strategy and business re-alignment for Bay Area & Austin based technology start-ups. She has also held CFO positions at ITConvergence, an Oracle systems integrator, Media Sourcery, an ASP provider of secured data delivery, Vice President of Finance at MetiLinx Inc., a system optimization and database replication software provider and other senior finance positions at Convey Software, GATX Capital and BHP Minerals. Ms. Hong is a Price Waterhouse Coopers alumnus and a Chartered Accountant. She holds a Bachelors Degree in Business from the University of Calgary. |
