Description of Practice:
Isabel is an associate in the firm's Los Angeles office, where she provides critical associate-level support to the real estate and land use teams. Her practice involves real estate transactions, redevelopment law, municipal law, and land use. She has drafted purchase and sale agreements for both commercial and residential transactions, ground leases, license agreements, and easement agreements. Isabel also has experience in overseeing technical consultants and negotiating with government agencies and officials, and has advised and assisted clients concerning environmental review through various public agencies.
Isabel is a member of the State Bar of California, and is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association.
Educational History:
Isabel received her B.A., with honors, in Communications and Spanish from California State University, Fullerton. In 2002, she received her J.D. from the University of Southern California School of Law, where she served as a judicial extern with the United States Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit. |
