Iris works with Evers Legal Search to assist candidates who wish to explore lateral opportunities with leading law firms. Until recently, Iris was a partner at a national legal recruiting firm, where she worked as a legal recruiter specializing in partner and group placement. Prior to her career in legal placement, Iris worked as a law firm consultant and in legal sales, helping managing partners, law firms, corporations and government entities grow and strengthen their legal practices. Iris also practiced litigation in Chicago for over six years. Iris received her Bachelor of Arts with high distinction from the University of Illinois, and her Juris Doctor from the University of Illinois College of Law in 1993. Iris lives in Chicago with her husband Bill and their daughter Orly.
