As Vice President of Human Resources for Five Point Capital, Irene Evans is responsible for driving and managing the Human Resources department. Since her team is a vital component in recruiting employees and employee satisfaction, Irene has embarked on an aggressive plan to ensure that FPC is one of San Diego’s premier employers.
Her focus on quality and integrity has been the cornerstone of her successful corporate and consulting career. Irene is dedicated to providing her department strong leadership as well as being an employee advocate and resource. Irene holds a B.S. degree in Personnel and Labor Relations from the College of Business Administration at the University of Maryland. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and is involved in volunteering in the community. Irene volunteers for the San Diego Habitat for Humanity, San Diego Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, and the Big Sister League. She is also a career lecturer for the San Diego public schools. |
