Irene Bogdashevsky is an associate in the New York office of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP and a member of the Financial Restructuring Group.
Ms. Bogdashevsky's practice focuses on representing debtors and creditors in international bankruptcy cases and out-of-court restructurings. Ms. Bogdashevsky has recently been involved in the representation of the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors of the Enron Corporation and the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors of the Fleming Companies.
Prior to joining Milbank, Ms. Bogdashevsky worked for a multi-national investment bank and focused on projects in Central and Eastern Europe and the former Soviet Union.
Ms. Bogdashevsky received her B.S. in International Economics and Marketing from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University and her J.D. degree from St. John's University School of Law. Ms. Bogdashevsky is admitted to the Bars of the State of New York and the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. Irene is fluent in Russian. |
