Ms. Kerr became a Corporate Vice President of the Company in December 2006 and oversees the Company's Worldwide Operations. Ms. Kerr joined IDEXX from MDS Inc., where she was Senior Vice President of Strategic Initiatives and Investments. In this role, she evaluated medical device technologies and companies for investment or acquisition within the Diagnostics sector and MDS Corporate. Prior to that, Ms. Kerr was Senior Vice President of Group Development at Bayer Business Group Diagnostics, where she was responsible for regulatory affairs, quality, technical services, licensing, new business development, human resources and marketing communications. In this role, she expanded the implementation of the new product development process and reengineered quality assurance and technical services processes to gain ISO 9000 certification and improve efficiency.
Ms. Kerr received a bachelor's degree from the University of Rochester, a master of arts from the University of Chicago's School of Social Sciences, and an MBA from the University of Chicago. |
