Ira Oskowsky is CMG MI's Regional Sales Director (RSD) for the Eastern Division. As RSD, he leads a team of 5 Account Executives to support credit unions throughout the territory. In addition, he manages long-term customer relationships, initiates and implements regional sales strategies, and supervises the introduction of new products and services. Ira joined CMG MI in 2005. His previous positions in the lending industry include: President of CUMAnet, LLC, a mortgage CUSO; Vice President for National Sales at CU National Mortgage Company, a non-CUSO aggregator with credit union relationships nationally; and Vice President of Commercial Real Estate at Constellation Bank. He also held the position of Executive Director at the New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency. Ira is a former Mayor and Councilman of the Township of East Brunswick, New Jersey. In addition, he has served on various affordable housing boards, including New Jersey’s Council on Affordable Housing, Fannie Mae’s New Jersey Partnership Office Advisory Board, the Board of Directors for ACUMA (American Credit Union Mortgage Association) and Charlie Mac’s National Advisory Board. Ira received his Bachelor's Degree in Public Accounting from Hofstra University. He was named CMG MI's RSD of the Year in 2006. |
