With superior organizational skills and an affinity for excellence in customer service, Ionela Erdmann is the initial contact for clients calling the ACES Help Desk. She evaluates each issue, assigns it to the most appropriate ACES technical resource and continues tracking the issue through resolution. Ionela manages and updates all system related materials and documentation and frequently provides staff training in areas relating to information systems and GPMS functionality. Ionela has a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology at the University of Phoenix. She has a background in competitive gymnastics and has worked as a coach in that field for several years |
