Ingrid Mittelstaedt has been Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President, Finance and Administration, and Treasurer since December 2005. Since 1997, she was Head of Corporate Controlling for the Company and Head of Finance and Administration of Rofin-Sinar Laser GmbH, Hamburg. Before joining
the Company, Mrs. Mittelstaedt was a Supervising Senior with KPMG in Germany. She holds a Master's Degree in Economic Sciences from the University of Buenos Aires and is an Argentinean certified public accountant. |
