Ingrid Kim is a Vice President of Investor Services. Ms. Kim joined SunAmerica in 1995 and is responsible for managing all investor-related non-tax and accounting financial information, including projections, pricing, financial sensitivity analysis, property and portfolio performance reviews, and for responding to inquiries relating to the structure of SunAmerica's underlying real estate acquisitions. She also handles the non-legal due diligence requests, providing periodic investor reports to accompany quarterly tax estimates, year-end reports and other financial and operational information to investors and their advisors. Prior to joining Investor Services, Ms. Kim was a Manager of Partnership Accounting. She oversaw the preparation of over 800 financial statements for tax filings, implemented a new accounting software system and reconciled balance sheet items with corporate accounts. Ms. Kim received her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Boston University and her Award in Accounting from University of California, Los Angeles.
