Ina specializes in clinical and regulatory recruitment for large and small pharmaceutical and biotech companies. She is also experienced in research and development and manages a full range of senior executive searches in these areas. Ms. Bauman is a registered nurse with fifteen years of diverse experience, including five years of critical care. She has worked in numerous clinical and administrative settings. She maintains an active California nursing license and volunteers her services to a number of community organizations.
