Ilan Toker became a director in 2004. Mr. Toker is an executive of Arad Investments and Industry Development Ltd. (a company the shares of which are publicly traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange), where he has served as the President since 2002, and as the Chief Financial Officer since 2000. Mr. Toker is the Chief Financial Officer of Team Computers and Systems Ltd. (a company the shares of which are publicly traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, and an affiliate company of Arad Investments and Industrial Development Ltd.) Mr. Toker is a director in Hassin Esh Ceramic Products Company (1990) Ltd. Mr. Toker holds a B.A. degree in accounting and economics and an M.B.A. degree, both from Tel Aviv University. |
