Mr. Stolbov is an expert in the creation of e-business and advanced software systems. He has overseen software development initiatives for some of the world’s leading technology, communications and financial services companies. Mr. Stolbov has conducted system architecture and programming activities at PWI’s Development Center since 1993. Mr. Stolbov earned his Masters degree in Computer Science and Applied Mathematics from Moscow State University in 1992. |
